I don't have a mom, so I can only imagine what a true, loving mom would be. She would be a beautiful gift of love, with a heart of gold, generous arms for hugging and holding, soft hands for caressing and hand-holding in times of need and reassurance, a smile as pure and warm as sunshine, a safe lap to hold you when you're a child and to safely guard your babies, wise advice you could always trust and learn from, lilting laughter that always erased your sadness and tears, the strongest shoulders your head could lean on, and the most trusting ears for listening. For me, this is what a real mom would be. Thank you for this great contest!

being a mom is the best thing that could evar happen to a woman
Moms really are the superheros in our world. I believe there is nothing they cannot do, if it would benefit their family.
That balloon is so unique and beautiful. Would love to have this in time for Mother's Day. Someone is a crafty person, not to mention super talented.
Grown does not mean anything to a mother.
A child is a child.
They get bigger, older, but grown? What's that suppose to mean?
In my heart it don't mean a thing.

God made mothers so that even when they are underappreciated, they are still understanding.

I have 3 grown children and had an incredibly tough time with the empty nest when my son moved out. I felt that I had no more usefullness. Now I am a mother again because I'm raising 2 of my grandchildren. A mother is what I am and all I've ever wanted to be.

I WISH MY MOTHER WAS STILL ALIVE SO I COULD TELL HER HOW MUCH I LOVE HER (IT SEEMS WE NEVER APPRECIATE THE THINGS WE HAVE UNTIL THEY ARE NO LONGER THERE
My daughters are adults with their own children but I still worry about them.

I wish I had know my husband's mother. You can use the email address in my identity as the contact. I don't want to put an email in the comments for everyone to see.
Mothers are there for you.

Mother knows best!
my mother can do anything.
This is really nice of you. It would be neat to have one of your balloons hanging from the ceiling down here.
Mothers are all special in their own way. It takes a lot of everything to be a mother!
I am still following you :)
I always considered Moms to be heroes!

Please count me in to win this beautiful hot air balloon. I'm a mother to three and a step-mother to three. My life is joyful because of my children. I can only hope to be as good of a mother to my children as my mother was, and still is, to me.

My mother told me this: every woman needs 3 animals in her life:
a mink, a jaguar, and a jack*** to pay for it all...(just a joke). If I won this I would give it to my mother, who appreciates all crafts. She would hang it in her craft room!

If mom is angry dad is angry and then you better watch out
We should love and cherish our mothers for all they do for us. No matter what they will always love us. garrettsambo@aol.com
I miss my mother and I love your balloon and the bright cheerful colors.
I agree with the first post. Some women should never be mothers. I have tried to be a better mother than mine was and think I have succeeded in that. I have learned from all the things my mother did wrong and used her as an example of the kind of person I don't want to be.
Mother's are great nurturer's. The bond between mother and child is so amazing.
My Mama passed away when I was little-i miss her EVERYDAY!
Mothers are very special and should be treasured everyday.
When it comes to both having a Mom and being a Mom - I got soooo lucky! Mom's make the world go 'round and keeps the world as sane and humane as it possibly can be kept!
My sister was always more of a mother to me than our own mother.
